DESCRIPTION

COMPOSITION

Base formula consists of Manmade & Natural Gypsum mixed with Minerals particles and bonded using a high density core with special noise reduction compound. Then Firmly laminated & finished in heavy duty paper liners. NoiseBlock™ board is suitable for dry lining internal surfaces.

APPLICATIONS

NoiseBlock™ is designed for use with the NYTC NoiseStop Systems Singapore: NoiseBlock™ Range of Soundproofing wall and partition systems where greater levels of sound insulation is required. The board can be used for fire rated systems in replacement of fire board and for soundproofing applications.

NoiseBlock™ Builders Board

DESCRIPTION

NoiseBlock™ Board is special board designed for builders and contractors. The board is specially finished on the joining edges to make the finished partition very straight and without bumps at the join areas. The board is also longer than normal partition board so that there is very little waist when using in wall partitions.

Lastly the weight has been reduced using a special treatment to make our board the builder and contractors best friends. This is the first type of board in Asia designed by Nedtaro Nelson specifically for use with NoiseBlock™ DFB (soundproofing Rockwool).

COMPOSITION

Natural Gypsum Base mixed with a low density core with special weight reduction compound. Firmly bonded & finished in strong lightweight paper liners. NoiseBlock™ Builders Board is suitable for dry lining internal surfaces.

APPLICATIONS

NoiseBlock™ Builders board is specially designed for wall partition work for contractors; light weight & Edged with a special height makes this perfect for the job.
