NoiseStop Systems Singapore is an independent company and operates in Asia and is under Singaporean ownership. This Company has its own identity and ideals. The Company has its own products that have been designed specifically for Singapore and to work under Singaporean environmental conditions. The Logo and Trade name are registered under Singaporean law and can not be used with out permission of the company.

CHOICE OF PRODUCT

3.1 GENERAL PRODUCTS
NoiseStop Systems Singapore makes no warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited, to any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for particular purpose. User is responsible for determining whether the NoiseStop systems Singapore product is fit for a particular purpose and suitable for user’s method of application.

NoiseStop Systems Singapore takes no responsibility in your choice of products. The information provided is guide for you to understand better the products, How ever it is your choice alone what product or material to use and you must judge if this is suitable for your circumstance.

3.2 PRODUCT REPLACEMENT AND AVAILABILITY
Whist in our best efforts we always try to ensure that the product you are paying for we have available in stock. However please note, if in the case we are unable to supply you with the product you have purchased we will supply you with the nearest equivalent as possible. Failing that we will refund you the either the difference, or the loss in full.

3.3 TRANSPARENT MATERIALS
Please Note our Transparent Materials are designed for commercial use, in a studio environment to which we can guarantee product safety in installation. If you are using any of our transparent material for the benefit of doubt NoiseBlock Glass please read the following:

This product is designed for use in the commercial sector such as recording booths in music studios or to create partitions in laboratories where the structural strength of the frame work is to a high specification enough to secure properly in place the NoiseBlock Glass. If you are unsure about the structural integrity for your application we advice contacting a window contractor for more advice, NoiseStop Systems supply only this product sold as is.

Please Note NoiseStop Systems takes no responsibility in “Do It Your Self Installations” WARNING failure to secure the product properly will result in the product falling off the surface in which you want to attach it too. Failure to over load the structural integrity will also have the same effect if not worse. This can result in injury and even injury to others. If you are unsure about what u are doing call a contractor. 3.4 DFB DENSE FIBRE BLOCK, ROCK WOOL, GYP ROC, ARE ALL MINERAL GLASS FIBRES.
Specific Information regarding this product, is that the product is classed as a non-carthogenic, however we strongly advice this product to be covered within a sealed system and not open to your personal environment.
This also covers air con systems and vents etc.

We take no responsibly in your heath, use your common sense this product contains tiny particles of glass, if you breathe it in, there is going to be damage to your lungs.

3.5 ADHESIVES / GLUES / SILICONE / SEALANT
For the benefit of people with no common sense. Using these materials/products without a mask in an unventilated room will result in dizziness, nausier and possible vomiting. Make sure the area is ventilated before use.

Also Note that when using adhesives or epoxy resin, do not get this on your skin, it can result in either a chemical burn or you stick your hand to something.

3.6 ESITMATES
If you have asked for a site visit and an estimate to be created for you. Then please note this is an estimate, please look at the area to cover and make sure that you are happy with this figure, NoiseStop Systems Singapore has policy of estimating more than the area in case of waste or the in case of mistake. The other reason is that we need to ensure that there is sufficient materials on site if there are any unexpected problems, as the manufacture time is 2 weeks it would not be wise to not have extra in case.

If you feel is to little or too much say so.
Note: Once you have agreed to the Estimate there are no refunds given.

The Estimate also covers sound reduction, this document is called an estimate as it is what we estimate should give a good reduction. If you wish we can conduct an acoustic test to be 100% accurate but this is chargeable and normally only on larger projects ask for.

3.6ii QUOTATIONS

Quotations are given on a basis of a 10 day grace period until such times as a purchase order, agreement or invoice is generated. On the signing of the agreement or invoice a deposit shall be taken of a % agreed by NYTC. If in the event no deposit is given the company hold the right to cancel without consequences any responsibility held.

For the benefit of doubt if no deposit has been made and the signing of invoice or agreement is not completed after estimate or quotation stage NYTC or companies under the group reserve the right to cancel any such agreements.

3.7 RENOVATION / CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS
Whist in our best efforts we always try to ensure that the product you are paying for we have available in stock. However please note, if in the case we are unable to supply you with the product you have purchased we will supply you with the nearest equivalent as possible. Failing that we will refund you either the difference, or the loss in full.

Unless clearly defined in the contract with regards to exact measurements and detail drawings, installation may very due to contractors best intentions for better result.

Drawings, plans and designs, drawings plans and designs are subject to the following, if you have not paid additional stated costs for design work it is to be treated as a value added service and is for your help only, the company can not be held reasonable for alteration of this design or accuracy. The same also apply's for plans.
For the benefit of doubt if you have not paid for architecturally design and interior design service and it is not stated on your contract as a paid service then this is no subject to part agreement of trade and is treated as an aid only.

Alteration of work, is subject to the following. The price that you have been quoted will be based on a package price. Therefore if you remove items from this doesn't not translate as that price given to said service or item to be of the same value.

Further if you do remove the item and it is agreed by the company to do so we will give you a credit for any such items. Credits can not be refunded into cash.

Any additional work is priced accordingly and drawn up as a separate contract.

Completion of the work, we always try our very best to complete work on time, however if in the event of completion failing to meet the deadline or original agreed timing then the company will its best to complete as soon as possible, and you accept this.

If in the event that you require to stay in a hotel for the above mentioned reason, the company is happy to pay for above cost on condition that it is hotel chosen by the company.

3.8 PRICING STRUCTURE / CONSULTANCY & DESIGN COSTS
In most cases we do not charge additional costs for consultancy and design of solutions for your applications. These Costs are reflected in our product pricing already. In some cases we may state on the invoice directly the cost for design and consultancy, if this price is not already taken into account with our unit price for product. In some case you may feel our pricing to be higher that is a direct result of the design and consultancy charge being included into the product price.

3.9 SAMPLES
We do not supply samples of products or show solutions to the problems you are facing as part of our working practice.This is very simple if we show you how to solve the problem, you may wish to use a cheaper product from elsewhere． And as our consultancy charge and design charge are attached to our product price we would loose out.
We have spent many years researching and developing into the best ways for noise control and we keep this information very safe with us, we hope you understand.

3.10 DURABILITY / QUALITY CONTROL
Our products have been designed for the purpose of Noise Control. When choosing our company you are looking for a solution to the above. Our priority and focus is on solving this problem. We do not create our systems or products to be for design purposes or for specifics like waterproof or to be damage resistant.
If you have specific requirements then you need to send this to us in the form or an email. For the benefit of doubt if this is not stated in signed agreement then we will not adhere to this requirement any time after, it also can not be used as reason for holding of payment.

3.11 PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS AND DELIVERY
For first time orders under $10,000 Full payment must be made upon ordering the products & materials on discretion of NoiseStop Systems Singapore for returning customers 50% deposit on order and the balance to be paid in full on delivery.

The estimate that is given for the typical installation price is based on a typical installation price for the particular job, if there are any details that you have not mentioned or for any other reasons it is best to clarify with the contractor the price.

Once the products are purchased and funds are cleared, the recommended contractor will contact you regarding installation. It is up to your dissection alone if you would like to use the contractor we recommended you are very welcome to use your own contractor or find your own to install.

The agreement between yourself and the contractor is not the legal responsibly of NoiseStop Systems Singapore any disputes that may arise can not be transferred to NoiseStop Systems Singapore and will not.

3.12 SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping in Singapore is subject to $55 charge to cover fuel and staff to drop off the product to you. However if you spend more than $1000 then the delivery is free.

If you are located outside of Singapore there are a few option, you can either arrange a shipping company to pick up from our depot or we can give you a price for this to be done from Singapore.
We have found that it is a lot cheaper for you to get your own agent to ship.

Once you have either agreed via phone; which is recorded onto our telephone system or via email then the products are non refundable. To avoid benefit or doubt once you have agreed you can not change your mind later, payment will be still required from you.

4. PRIVACY
we do everything we can to look after your privacy and try our best to do this.
NoiseStop Systems Singapore does not sell your information to other companies. We may have to give your information to another body in any legal situation or if it was legally required to do so.
